Solomon's central province, with a total area of 615 square kilometers and a population of 26000, is composed of more than 90 islands. The provincial capital is located on Tulagi Island, which was the original capital of the country. It was destroyed and relocated to Honiara, Guadalcanal Island, during World War II. Volcanic activity is neither frequent nor intense, and it is also known as the "Lucky Island".

Tulagi belongs to Solomon Islands, which was discovered by Spanish explorers in 1568. Turaji is the eastern port of Solomon Islands, located on the South Bank of Florida island north of Honiara, the capital, with a maximum draft of 6.10 meters. Tulaji, with a perimeter of 5km, is a natural shelter, known as Little Tokyo Bay. There are two small islands in the east of the island: kavutuisland and tanambogoIsland, which defend tulaji island like two sentinels.
Tulagi was once the administrative seat of the protected territory of the British Solomon Islands. It was destroyed by the Japanese in 1942 and liberated by the US Army on August 7 of the same year. Authorized by the central provincial government of Solomon, the island can be privately developed. From 2021, 10 high-quality natural forest islands can be selected for reasonable tourism and vacation oxygen bar development. The area is about 218 hectares and is only 15 kilometers away from the provincial government
The owner of the island has the right to use the lease for 70 years and can go through the extension formalities when it expires; If permanent property rights are required, additional expenses and administrative procedures can be changed.
China has established economic and trade cooperation relations with several Pacific island nations, with bilateral exchanges covering areas such as trade, infrastructure, and public affairs.
The Solomon Islands Central Province's cooperation with China is conducted within a national-level policy framework, focusing on practical exchanges and coordination at the local level.
